The club is entering an exciting phase in the history of BYS. Over the last few seasons, a huge amount of work has been undertaken to prepare the basis on which we can proceed with the much needed clubhouse redevelopment project.
The Master Plan and Functional Brief (see links below) were developed following significant input from members and are important documents that will continue to be refined over time.
From these documents the Concept Designs Drawings (see below) were prepared and these were used as the basis to submit a planning application the the Mornington Shire.
We have been granted that application and are currently in the "Design Development" phase where we are refining the various spaces within the new design to ensure that we achieve the best possible design outcome. As with everything at BYS, we value the input of our members and invite your comments and feedback.
